Days to create
Build an AI-assisted product. Test demand. Work towards a first paid pilot.
Days to grow
Deliver, improve and explore a lasting rural business.
These are programme stages and target durations, not reported results. Each local edition will publish its own confirmed format.
Small teams. Real places. Useful work.
AI-enabled independent businesses, built around local demand.
From a real need to a useful product.
A small accommodation business might need a better international enquiry page. A local guide might want an audio experience. A producer might want to test a new way to present local food. We begin by asking what someone actually needs and would consider paying for.
Creators use AI for research assistance, translation, design, coding and operations. Local knowledge, human judgement and product testing stay central.

What OPC means here.
We use OPC — the one-person company approach — to mean a founder-led microbusiness that uses AI and specialist collaborators to serve real customers. A creator can work independently or form a small team. The term describes our working model; it does not prescribe a European legal company form.
Ninety days of follow-through.
Teams continue to deliver, seek repeat customers and test whether the business can support a lasting relationship with a rural place. Hosts and creators decide together what continuing collaboration should look like.
Investment reviewers and mentors are prospective collaborators. Participation does not guarantee sales, funding, residency or business outcomes.
